Through the Terms and Conditions, users are informed that the personal data they provide will be processed to ensure the optimal delivery of CliqueFlow’s internet services, the provision of goods and services, advertising, marketing, and statistical services.
CliqueFlow performs the following processing operations: collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation, use, and, in some cases, transmission to third parties, based solely on a regulated commercial contract that ensures the security and confidentiality of data as well as the protection of user rights. Refusal to provide the requested data results in exclusion from promotional activities and inaccessibility to exclusive services and additional features available only to users with an account on the website.
The website may still be used if the user decides not to create a profile by providing personal data, except as specified in the Cookie Policy.
Under Regulation (EU) 2017/679 and Law no. 677/2001, users have the right to access and intervene on their data, the right not to be subject to individual decisions, and the right to address the courts.
